How to Use
- After applying concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush like Secret Brightening Powder Brush (sold separately).
- Tap brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles.
- Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer.
