How to Use
- Eyes: Add it after you apply eye shadow, and apply mascara to your eyes last. Instead of drawing thick lines, you can apply eyeliner pencil by drawing dots or dashes along your lash lines and connect.
- Lips: You can use the pencil to create your ideal lip shape. Use a cotton swab and lightly remove any excess color for a perfect shape.
